  • Kayla-Beth Nichols, CEO, OTR/L, TBRI Practitioner

    Kayla-Beth has been a pediatric occupational therapist since 2019, graduating with a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Brenau University in 2018. She specializes in trauma-informed therapy and earned the title of Trust-Based Relational Intervention Specialist from the Karen Purvis Institute in 2020. Kayla-Beth has extensive experience working with diverse diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, sensory processing disorders, and complex developmental trauma.

  • Paige Thompson, CFO, Front office management

    Paige was raised nearby, in Wilmer, Alabama. She pursued her education in medical coding at the University of South Alabama and has since held positions in billing, coding, patient access, patient relations, and patient care coordination throughout the USA Medical System and other health care facilities in the area. Paige currently lives in the Irvington area with her husband, daughter, chickens and dogs (and expecting a little boy in December). She loves the outdoors and loves camping, hiking, and swimming at the river any chance she can get. Paige has always loved kids and her favorite part of the job is that it combines the work she's best at with the people she loves the most.

  • Katherine "Katie" Scott, COTA

    Since graduating in 2018 with her occupational therapy assistant degree, Katie has worked with both geriatric and pediatric patients. Through her love of play, Katie has experience working with pediatric clients on sensory integration, handwriting, feeding, and achieving milestones. In her free time, Katie enjoys hiking and exploring new places with her husband and their two dogs.

  • Kelly Davis, MS, SLP- CCC

    Kelly Davis is a Speech-Language Pathologist from Elmore, AL! She is getting married in September to her fiancé, Jeremy, and they have two Doodles, Wrigley and Jeter. Kelly obtained her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Auburn University in 2015. Since then, she has worked in various fields including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Rehabilitation Hospitals, Home Health, Private Practice, School Systems, and Teletherapy. Kelly's strength in therapy is meeting her clients right where they are and helping them grow!
